Meet Your Coach
My name is Kimberly Marine. I’ve always known I wanted to help people. It’s why I became a nurse in the first place.
But once I was actually working in nursing, I didn’t feel like I was truly helping in the way I’d imagined back in nursing school. I saw people after things had already gone wrong, not before. I wanted to be part of the process that kept them from getting there in the first place.
That’s what led me to nutrition, metabolism, and the work I do now. My passion is teaching people how their bodies actually work so they can stop blaming themselves, stop jumping from diet to diet, and start making informed choices that genuinely change how they feel every day.

From Guessing to Hitting the Target
The photo on the right was me from 2019. I was motivated to make change but had no idea where to start. I tried everything from vegan, vegetarian, calorie counting, Optavia, keto, carnivore, working out religiously... you name it I probably tried it. It felt like throwing darts at a target blindfolded.
